Death Planning

For those who want clarity, agency, and peace of mind—without losing their humanity.

End-of-life planning is not about giving up, tempting fate, or preparing for the worst. It is about choosing intention over uncertainty and care over avoidance.

This work supports you in making thoughtful, values-aligned decisions about your care, your body, and your wishes—so they are not left to guesswork or crisis. We move slowly, compassionately, and without pressure, making space for both the practical details and the emotions that naturally arise when facing mortality.

This is not a cold, checklist-driven process. It is a guided partnership rooted in respect, autonomy, and honesty.

This may be for you if:

  • You want your wishes honored clearly and confidently

  • You feel calmer when things are organized but emotionally supported

  • You want to reduce future burden on loved ones

  • You have avoided planning because it felt overwhelming, clinical, or impersonal

  • You want space to ask questions you haven’t felt safe asking elsewhere

What this work includes:

  • Guidance through advance care planning and end-of-life documents

  • Support clarifying medical, after-death, and care preferences

  • Values-based reflection to guide difficult decisions

  • Emotional grounding and education throughout the process

  • Referrals and resources when appropriate

What this work is not:

  • Legal advice or medical decision-making

  • Crisis or emergency planning

  • Therapy or grief counseling

This work exists to support your clarity—not replace professional legal or medical care.

Introductory Planning Session

End-of-life or death planning is often misunderstood as something cold, pessimistic, or only necessary in moments of crisis. In reality, it is an act of profound care: for yourself, for your autonomy, and for the people who may one day be asked to make decisions on your behalf.

This work offers compassionate, values-centered guidance through the practical realities of end-of-life decision-making. We move slowly and intentionally, creating space for questions, emotions, and uncertainty alongside documents and plans. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced.

This is not about preparing for death out of fear. It is about choosing clarity over chaos and intention over guesswork.

  • 60–90 minutes | $175–$250

This session is a gentle starting point. It is designed for people who want clarity, orientation, or reassurance before committing to a larger planning process.

  • In this session, we may:

    • Clarify what end-of-life planning actually includes

    • Identify which decisions matter most to you right now

    • Talk through fears, hesitations, or blocks around planning

    • Review any existing documents or wishes you already have

    • Map next steps—whether with me or elsewhere

This session does not require you to complete documents or make final decisions. It is about understanding your options and feeling less alone with the process.

This option is especially supportive if you:

    • Are early in your planning journey

    • Feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin

    • Want professional guidance without committing to a full package
